Local sheriff Del Goodman, a family friend of the Hoffmans, vows to find her killer, but trying to solve her murder yields more questions than answers.
Told from three points of view—Del, Hattie and Peter—alternating between past and present this book is an excellent addition to any mystery/suspense/thriller lovers TBR. Just when you think you know who the killer is, you’re proved wrong! For this reader, that is the mark of an excellent writer. The ability to constantly surprise me, to always keep my mind spinning with the possibilities. I can’t say much more other than read this book! You won’t regret it!
