What a roller coaster ride! The twists and turns had my head spinning!
As Caroline Stark’s marriage and carefully constructed lifestyle begin to collapse, she turns to Aidan. After a brief fling that means nothing to Caroline and everything to him, Aidan’s infatuation with Caroline, her family, and her house becomes more and more destructive.
Scene One – Aidan describes an encounter with Caroline. Scene Two – Caroline describes the same encounter. But they’re totally different! Leaving this reader to try and figure out which version was the truth. It left me wondering who was right and who was off their rocker. I don’t want to say much more for fear of spoilers. You have to hop on this roller coaster ride yourself to find out! This book is full of twists and turns with an ending, that I partly saw coming, but was still excellent.
