As anyone who has read any of my reviews over the last few months knows – I love Avon Gale! She writes amazing hockey m/m books, co-wrote a great m/m book with Roan Parrish just last month, and now is co-writing with Piper Vaughn here. I hadn’t read any Piper Vaughn books before but this features a LOT of tattooing and art and those are things I love so YES please! Continue reading “Spotlight: Permanent Ink by Avon Gale & Piper Vaughn”
Roan Parrish – who wrote the Middle of Somewhere series I love- and Avon Gale – who wrote the Scoring Chances series I adore and a ton of other books – teamed up and wrote a book! Male/Male romance seems filled with these amazing writing duo’s; Sarina Bowen & Elle Kennedy, Megan Erickson & Santino Hassell and now we can add Roan and Avon to this great list. Continue reading “Book Review/Tour: Heart of the Steal by Avon Gale & Roan Parrish”
Coach’s Challenge is the next in one of my favorite series – the Scoring Chances series by Avon Gale. I’m a huge fan of hockey books (hello Sarina Bowen!) and a friend introduced me to Gale’s writing last year and since then I’ve devoured literally every single thing she has ever published. I’m not exaggerating when I say that all of them have been 4, 4.5, or 5 stars. So any time there’s a new one I’m there for it! Continue reading “Book Review – Coach’s Challenge by Avon Gale”
I’m a fan of Melanie Harlow writing on her own so I was looking forward to her first male/male romance. Plus she was co-writing with David Romanov. Some of my favorite books are written by pairs so I was solidly here for this one. Continue reading “Blog Tour/Review: Strong Enough by Melanie Harlow & David Romanov”
I’ve loved Roan Parrish’s writing. The Out of Nowhere books really struck me as realistic and messy, with imperfect characters and ones that have stuck with me ever since. Rex kills me every time I read that book. I’ve listened to the audio of them numerous times because I just love them so much. The second book with Colin – ugh – just so perfect with its imperfections. I can’t recommend them enough. Continue reading “Book Review: Small Change by Roan Parrish”
The twists and turns are not gone without a trace in this novel from Mary Torjussen. They are around every corner. Continue reading “Review + Blog Tour + Giveaway: Gone Without a Trace by Mary Torjussen”
Paint the Stars is book 3 in Christina Lee & Nyrae Dawn’s Free Fall series, which is a new adult age range of male/male combining two authors that I’ve really enjoyed in the past. The earlier two dealt with mental health issues and anxiety in a sensitive way. Continue reading “Release Blitz: Paint the Stars by Christina Lee & Nyrae Dawn”
Who’s ready for Christmas?! I am! Christmas is still a couple of months away (76 days to be exact) but Emily March’s Christmas in Eternity Springs warmed my heart and put me in the holiday spirit. Continue reading “Book Review + Blog Tour: Christmas in Eternity Springs by Emily March”
This post is going to be on the long side so I’m going to do away with the catchy intros and just jump right in. This week Melinda and Jessica are participating in the blog tour for A Change of Heart by one of their favorite authors, Sonali Dev. We’ve got a silly story of two bloggers, a review, an interview with the author, and, if you make it all the way to the end, a giveaway! Fun right! We think so 🙂 Continue reading “A Change of Heart by Sonali Dev: A Book Review, Blog Tour, Giveaway, Interview, and an Umm Interesting Conversation”
