A cliffhanger! I wasn’t prepared for a cliffhanger!

Casey discovers her friend, Brent’s, body. He’s the only person she’s ever trusted enough to tell the truth about what happened to her father and there’s no doubt in her mind that Brent was killed trying to help her prove it. As a former Criminal Investigator for the Army, Dylan Roberts is hired to find Casey and bring her back.

I really liked this book. It was fast-paced and I couldn’t seem to turn the pages fast enough. I liked each character and felt they were all well written. The story is well done and believable with twists, turns and suspense.

I didn’t know this book was going to be part of series when I started it. That’s okay though. I can’t wait for the next book. What’s next for Casey? We’ll have to wait until the next book to find out. If you not a fan of cliffhangers, you should wait until the next book comes out before reading If I Run.
