Are you already a fan of Nalini Singh’s novels? Or maybe you want to find out why you should be? Well let Melinda tell you all about why Nalini Singh is one of her all-time favorite authors–and while you’re at it, enter to win a SIGNED COPY of TANGLE OF NEED given to us by Nalini herself!

My love for Nalini Singh is pretty vast. When someone asks your favorite book my answer is always that’s impossible when you read this much! But when someone asks me my favorite author? Nalini is almost always my answer.

I was introduced to her writing a few years ago when she was pretty far into each of her main series and I was a bit overwhelmed with where to start. So I turned to a bookworm’s greatest resource: the library. Because my library is awesome they had every single book in her Psy/Changeling series! So I started there and read them back to back. And then bought them because I need to own them. And then bought the audiobooks because I needed to listen to them. Then I started in on her Guild Hunter series and bought those audiobooks once I read the e-books. So when I say I’m a fan, I *kind* of mean it.

The reason her fans are hardcore fans is pretty simple – her writing just sweeps you into the world she builds. And that world is always amazing. Both of the series I mentioned are pretty lengthy at this point and she just keeps building onto those worlds layer after layer. I love that kind of thing! Her take on vampires and angels is unlike anything else I’ve read and I’ve read a lot about those things. She delved into contemporaries recently with her Rock Kiss series and while I don’t love them as much as her other series they are seriously good as well.

If you haven’t read her, you should try the first book of one of her series. I feel like one of them will suit almost anyone. 30-ish books later and I’m so happy I tried this author out! I cannot wait for a Nalini book, I stay up insanely late and block everything out and this release will be NO different.
