If you haven’t read Julianna Keyes before, this is a great book to start with! It’s not part of a series, there’s no connections to any other books so it’s a great place to start with an excellent author. Continue reading “Book Review: My Roommate’s Girl by Julianna Keyes”
Coach’s Challenge is the next in one of my favorite series – the Scoring Chances series by Avon Gale. I’m a huge fan of hockey books (hello Sarina Bowen!) and a friend introduced me to Gale’s writing last year and since then I’ve devoured literally every single thing she has ever published. I’m not exaggerating when I say that all of them have been 4, 4.5, or 5 stars. So any time there’s a new one I’m there for it! Continue reading “Book Review – Coach’s Challenge by Avon Gale”
I’m a fan of Melanie Harlow writing on her own so I was looking forward to her first male/male romance. Plus she was co-writing with David Romanov. Some of my favorite books are written by pairs so I was solidly here for this one. Continue reading “Blog Tour/Review: Strong Enough by Melanie Harlow & David Romanov”
I’ve loved Roan Parrish’s writing. The Out of Nowhere books really struck me as realistic and messy, with imperfect characters and ones that have stuck with me ever since. Rex kills me every time I read that book. I’ve listened to the audio of them numerous times because I just love them so much. The second book with Colin – ugh – just so perfect with its imperfections. I can’t recommend them enough. Continue reading “Book Review: Small Change by Roan Parrish”
Evie Forrester flew across the world to surprise her boyfriend, only to be surprised herself when things do not turn out in her favor. Tanner Harding, an expert bullrider, swoops in to save the day by saving her entire trip. When things get more involved between the two of them than Evie would ever have guessed she has to figure out what exactly she really wants. Continue reading “Book Review: Tanner by Sarah Mayberry”
To get on my auto-buy list usually an author has to have a back-list of at least a few books that I’ve loved. Has to be one that just never lets me down like Julie James. Nalini Singh. Sarina Bowen…obviously my chosen genre is romance lol. But Becky Albertalli got on that list for me with Simon vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda which was funny, moving, and has stuck with me ever since. One book! That’s impressive! So I waited for my book friends to get their act together so we could have an epic group read of Upside…and it was fantastic, to say the least. Continue reading “Book Review: The Upside of Unrequited by Becky Albertalli”
I am about a week behind on my reviews because of life so this amazing book came out last week which is when my review was intended for! But nevertheless the book remains amazing so I’m still going to do my review because I want other people to read it and enjoy it as much as I did. Continue reading “Book Review: How to Bang a Billionaire by Alexis Hall”
